    Ok.. i have cs2 and i was wondering how (on a cutout) to feather pics.. i know to use the marqee tool right??

    is there a way to feather just the outside of the cutout (like in indesign)

    can u feather the whole thing at once.. help plz ty

    First select the cutout you have by holding [CTRL] and clicking on the layer on where it is located. Once selected go to..

    SELECT>FEATHER and use whatever settings you prefer.
