This is a pretty awesome idea, only flaw I can think of is the fact that how do people know what the problem is for them to change the bit? Yeah it works for people who know a lot/a little about technology, but what about those complete dummies? They'll have to pay to take it to someone to have a look & charge them the privilege to do so...unless I missed something?
