    Pest control points.
    I would like to hire someone to get me 25 defence through pest control points (rebuilding barriers) i'm a 10 HP pure so can literally only rebuild barriers each game.

    I may get a few more levels on top depending on quotes.

    You can't do this as the reward requires level 25 in the skill. I'd suggest you use Varrock Museum cleaning finds to get yourself 25 or complete some quests
