Permissions problem

It would appear that registered users can reply to their threads posted by other members but not their own threads. Pretty rare problem to come up but I cannot reply to my own thread at the moment!


I'm fairly certain the permission "can reply to own threads" is off for registered users in the sythe.org news forum. This is unnecessary. The only thing that needs to be forbidden is regular users starting their own threads.
