Perm Ban

Hey, I (ericsme123) was permanently banned for "advertising". I posted a thread in the PIN selling section because i was hoping to get some vouches/customers for my automated PIN selling site. I not only think a perm ban is over the top. I believe i shouldn't of been banned in the first place as i have seen other PIN sellers advertise their site in their pin threads which is what i was doing (Amanda). If a make a PIN thread and direct people to my MSN and THEN make them go to my site, would this still be a bannable offense even though I'm doing the same thing.
