So i worked for Baod services as a rsps salesman for about a month with my Co-worker Zaki, Zaki choosed to leave for a better deal on another discord, and i ask Baod to stay which he said that he would think about, the following day he says that he spoked to his team about having me stay and they voted me to leave, so i said fine no issues, he stated that my deposit would be returned in 2-3 days, it's been more than 2-3 days now and he is still trying to drag it out

- My staff has not been active over that period to go over suspicious Logs like above, That needs to be double looked over with transcripts.

Hi all, I'm the staff member over at Baod's that went through all of the transcripts.

From 11/8 to 12/23, I was able to find ~100 transactions through 300+ transcripts. Total profits on matched transactions (ones I was able to match 1:1) came out to 4178.5m. Baod's agreement with Zaki and Saffran was 50/50 (Baod can provide proof of that), which means Baod's cut would have been 2089.25m.

Additionally, there were several more transactions that I couldn't find a match for. I assume most of those (if not all) were done via PM, against our ToS. I estimate there would have been 2000m+ profits on those transactions.

Saffran and Zaki in total paid 232m. Taking their deposit into consideration (500m each, 1000m total), that leaves a minimum of 857.25m owed to Baod.

Additionally, they claimed 1000m profit was made on a sale that Baod collected payment for, which Baod paid 500m for. The trade was only 600m profit, not 1000m. Meaning they should owe an additional 200m back to Baod for overpayment.

That gives us a minimum of 1057.25m owed to Baod, after claiming their 1000m deposit and 232m payments to date. Plus 1000m+ (I calculated 1070.25m after 50/50 cut, using standard rates I'd seen them use for various servers) from transactions without a match.

I'm happy to publicly provide an Excel sheet with this data if I'm able to upload it, otherwise I'm happy to provide a Google sheet to Sythe staff directly as my personal email is attached to it.

As shown in your screenshots, we agreed to 50/50.( 05/11/22 ) I said don't worry about past tickets, just log them correctly going forward. The offer to ignore past profits was conditional upon you recording transactions correctly. Tickets continued to be logged incorrectly, therefore my offer is void. Additionally, I am still owed over your deposit amount (~550m) for tickets after 12/20, even if this were true. Thus, you would owe me.

Lets not forget the reason of your deposit being held in the first place was due to scammed victims & I wanted them payed back. Hence i contacted sythe staff to investigate how much you owed.


I mean... if you cant understand why any service provider wouldn't hold a deposit if they had found out someone to be a scammer who owes money.... Then maybe sythe isn't the place for you. Or infact, being a owner yourself.

I now have 3 reasons as to why i want back dated & Incorrect logged payments.

1. ToS Broken by trading in PM's
( The old report above is proof ) - General server ToS.
Not to forget. Your BOTH reminded every time you look in the discord.
Every staff member has in there name " TRADE IN TICKETS " - I believe this is enough for me to claim any deposit for a rule of that nature to be broken.
(Although let me make it clear, I don't want your deposit for that reason.
Its the lieing & Missing payments.)

2. The profit claimed in the above time period was a lie, and was 4x what had been claimed.

3. My staff quote above.

You should have setup the logs before we started with the rsps sales as you mentioned 2 weeks after i said as a joke that " Zaki " worked for me. You were fine how things looked and never once complained about us.

Now, he also stated that he was going to refund our deposits in 2-3 days, he said he would go through scripts/logs which he did desperete to try and find something in order to not payout our deposits, i don't really care about the 500m i just think right should be right, he has no proof that anyone has been trading outside the tickets AT ALL. He also claimed that he was holding my deposit on sythe cause of old debts that ive now paid off.

@Yoshiki I'm in the process of gathering transcripts now, should get them done within the next few hours. Would it be possible to give any Sythe staff access to the RSPS transcript channel within our discord, and I share the links of the message itself, allowing you to download the transcript and look through? I can also share my spreadsheet with details on which transcript goes with which sale.

Otherwise, I can upload all transcripts to Onedrive, share that link, and share my spreadsheet showing which transcript goes with which sale.

Either works for me, first option is just a couple less steps for me.

You accepted the server ToS when you joined the server. You can't chat without having done so, and that ToS states that nothing is to be done in PMs/outside of tickets. The following ToS we presented to you on the 21st of December was to reinforce and clarify our terms with you further, beyond the default terms of the server.

I have not offered PayPal in months, due to too many chargebacks being charged against me by customers. If you got a chargeback of $260, that wasn't me. However, if it was a customer, and you show me proof of that, I'm happy to subtract my portion of profits from the amount you owe me (430m in this case).
