    PC's memory leak

    Hey guys,
I'm having some problems with my PC these days.
It's really not a crappy PC, I've bought it 10 months ago and I made it build.
Running on Windows 7 64-bits, here's my spec, I'll explain the problem after.

    Specs:

    Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.41GHz
    RAM: 12Go
    Hard Drive: 1.5TB, 1TB free
Motherboard:ASUS Crosshair IV Formula AM3 AMD

    So my problem is:
Whenever I run a program, such as a game or a bot, my memory will spike up to 4.00Go and keep on going up, even though I'm not opening anything else and my CPU usage will go up to 96%.
I contacted a PC maintenance company near my house and they told me that most of the time it was a strong virus that was in your PC and that I should bring them my PC.
I first ignored them because it stopped doing this for 3 weeks, most likely, when I installed my new RAM and then it just started again.
I ran multiple virus scan such as Avast Internet Security version and Malware-Bytes.

Anyone already had this problem and could help me or know what to do?

    Best Regards,
    Lillie
