If youre thinking of starting to max stakers from level 3, might not be the best market to get into for you. Jagex plans on releasing a setting for duel area that lets you have max stats by an option, so these accounts become pretty useless. But if you do want to profit like this, im sure you could find someone who gives you a level 3, and then pays you ~150m to get it to 99s

 

so then how much would an account with 99 in all combat, 77 pray but minimal quests and skilling be worth? lets just say for example, 35qp and less than 1k total

Yeh 99 in attack str def hp range mage, 77 pray but minimal quests and low noncombat stats. Has fcape and ddef but no other untradables, oh also has roughly 50m+ nmz points, i assume it probably around 1gp per point right?

 

depending on vouches /howmany accounts sold in the past with good vouches easly 200-250$

 

People would pay you much more if you trained this on their account, so you cant recover it. Alternatively, just offer training services. Should be more profit (although more effort) than training maxed stakers.
