PC building help!

Hey guys, basically im in search for a Computer to only play League in a high setting with a high FPS. Not expecting to play on ultra high or anything. Just be able to touch 30-60 FPS and be able to enter teamfights with no lag or stuttering. I need you guys' help to determine which pc build is best for league. Here are the custom pc's that are in the lineup:

Which would be best and why?

Don't get any of those legit, they're like 8 years out of date

 

I know but thats all the budget can do with. I dont need it for a anything big like battlefield in ultra high settings. Just want to play lol. What wouod you suggest? Thanks for your reply! Means alot

 

You should just be getting a cheaper modern system, rather than an old one
