PBP Pin Problem...

I just sold a PBP pin to somebody and they went to put it in and they said that when they tried to redeem it, it said "Incorrect Payment Window for PIN" and he was on the right PBP window. I never heard of that before, but then I put in a fake 8 digit number on the PBP section to see if it happened to me, but all it says is invalid pin, but nothing like "Incorrect Payment Window for PIN". So I don't know if he just lied to me and made that up, but he sent me a picture of it, so I sort of believe him. Anyways, why would that happen? I really don't want to the real pin on my screen, because it will probably work and I wanted to sell it, lol. Thanks for the help.

 

Incorrect Payment Window = The PIN is correct, but the window is wrong.

For example, the PIN is US SMS. He's trying to redeem via UK SMS. Etc.
