Okay, I am only 15 turning 16. I want to know the deal with paypal. Do you need a credit card or debit card to use it? Is there a way I can use it without my parents knowing? And if so, can someone help me set up an account.
You need to fund your paypal account with a bank account or debit card for it to be VERIFIED which is the preferred method of trading but users with unverified paypals can still receive transactions. I don't think you can go very far without having your parents not know about it since it technically should be funded with a credit card or bank.
