Paypal?!!

I was selling runescape membership pins for paypal 1 month ago. My paypal was bank verified, and it got limited because they said there were too many buyer complaints and that is because of claims and cancels. They said if i open another paypal account, they will limit it also?

Has anyone opened another paypal account with having one limited and verified it with the same bank? Or it won't allow you to add the same bank account? Perhpaps if you change the online id? I am looking for information from experienced users and not some leechers. Thanks.

 

ya not sure... paypal used to be so much easier... i quit runescape for about a year... wen i came back i tried buying gold and it asked for bank information.... sorda gay and complicated...

 

paypal sucks dick i dont reccomend you ever use it, people will just scam, plus paypal charged up 3 different 90 dollar fines to my bank for no fucking reason. too complicated for me to join their asshole club.
