I've gota question and im hoping its answered :|

Say I had this paypal account right? And there is no cards or anything on it to verify, would I be able to receive money, AND send money too?

or, does my account need to be verified with a card in order to receive / send?

 

You can still receive and send money. Sometimes others might want their money back and they have to pay a fine...so its good to have a bank account activated so they cant refund..and keep the item.

Yeah and you can also use the money in the paypal to buy items online.
