I have a bank account, and a debit card. I really want to set up a paypal, but I get so clusterfucked confused when trying to do so. If someone extremely trusted is available to walk me through it I would very much enjoy it. I want it to be CC verified. If there is anyway to do it without me having to go to the bank I would really love that, seeing as it is 70 miles away.
