Paypal Verification Need help

Is there anyway to verify ur paypal w.o credit card or linking ur bank to it? cuz i'm nto old enough to carry around a cc neither do i have a personal bank account...

Unfortunately, no. The only way to fully verify your PayPal is to attach a bank account for Virtual Bank Account to it. You can partly verify it with a Credit card, or using a Visa Gift Card.
