[Paypal] Selling 2000 MSP

My sister's boyfriend came over to visit the UK from the US. He came bearing gifts, he brought over a 2000 msp card, however, upon reading online I found out that the cards are region locked and therefore I won't be able to use it.

I'd like to sell the card with Paypal for $15 (down from $20) (retail $24.99). Unless you are staff or have a lot of vouches, you go first or you pay for a trusted middleman.
