Paypal registering HElp

hey im trying register my paypal
Visa card after clicking continue it says

""This credit card has been refused by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your credit card issuer's Customer Service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.""

Can anyone help me?

It means your card issuer is obviously declining your payment. If you can, try contacting the online authorization department of your card holder and see was up.

 

Also, if you already have a card added, try removing one before you add one. This happened to my visa before.

Cannot be a MetaBank or anything like that I believe it has to be Visa/Credit/Master or a Banking account Routing #. If that does not work then be sure you are putting all the digits in correct. If all fails contact paypal im sure there customer service rep. can help you manually submit your card request.

 

Contact your Bank & PayPal about this issue they'll solve it for you and you'll be able to create a PayPal account.

 

If you're using a credit card gift card, you must register it online first.

 

Call paypal and talk to a support representative about the issue you're having and have them help you.

 

I don't personally have too much experience with paypal, but I'd just follow the instructions paypal gave you. Sounds like your bank is denying the payment. Could be due to limits on the card, or you've had a pre-existing card on the site. I'd call your bank and explain the situation, they should be able to help you.

PS: Don't pay someone for advice, that's a bit overkill :/ If you want to give back to the community, help someone else with a problem. It's a nice cycle to have instead of paying for help.
