Does paypal work without a credit/debit card, and if not what can i use?

Tired of swapping accounts all the time, wanting to sell so i need some kind of paypal like thing

 

You can need a credit card attached to your account to send money.

Most people attach a debit to confirm their address.

If you want to, you can make an Australian account which allows you to send up to $1000, I believe. But how you'll get that into cash, I've no idea.

You can send money with a Canadian Premier without bank or cc if you have funds/balance.

 

Okay ....i dont need canadian, australian, brazilian or w.e else you guys are talking about, i need to know can i recieve money on my paypal that i already made? IM FROM NEW YORK(u.s)
