Paypal Question.

For me to be able to recieve others payments or money do i have to be verified? Also, do I have to be verified to spend money? Thanks in advance.

 

I don't believe you have to be verified to receive, however to spend money, i believe you do.

 

You can make payments, but it has a limit.

 

If you have a US Paypal account you can't send money unless your verified, but you can receive.

 

Certain countries require you to be Verified if you wish to send money. All Paypal accounts are able to receive money without being Verified. You'll need to add a bank account and verify it to withdraw $ as well.

If you're going to use fake information on your Paypal account, you run a big risk of having the account limited. And, considering that you are using fake info, the $ left in your acct will probably never be released.

 

So I can spend it, to say to buy a pin, without being verified?

In answer to the second question : No, you cannot. You have to be verified by credit card in order to send money.

You don't have to be verified, but if your buy or send large amounts your paypal account will get locked.

Then you got to confirm your address, and change a lot of your things so I suggest getting verified now.

The thing is that you have to have an actual bank account, which in most parts of the U.S, you need to be 18 years of age. If he wanted to buy some gp/pins easily, he would of asked his parents/guardians to let him use their credit card.

 

To recieve you dont really need to be verified, to send to others you don't either, but if you are buying from like ebay, then you need to be verified. Your account will get limited if it goes above a certain amount, then you will need to verify it.

true but when its all done it is a million times ezer if you are verified.

 

To be able to send money you do not have to be verified , also you do not have to be verified to recieve money but its eaiser if you are when recieving as people try and charge back and if they charge back and your verified you have more of a chance of winning.
