paypal question

So I sold runescape gold for paypal money. They sent as service option which is instant, but it is in my pending section. When I click details it says payment type: instant. But it still shows in my pending section and i cant withdraw it. This has happened before, how do I make it come sooner than the 21 days?

 

Might be because the person who sent the funds is in negative balance. I'm not 100% sure however. Try give PayPal customer support a call, see if they can be of further help.

 

I don't think there's anything you can do really you just have to wait.

 

Are you verified if not i would recommend you verify also if you are a new customer they sometimes do it to see if there is going to be a chargeback or not. If you verify if you aren't already and then do a certain amount of trades i believe it will remove itself.

 

I am verified, but under payment type it says instant that's why I'm confused. I was just looking to see if anyone else receives money from the service option and if they get it instantly or not.
