Paypal problems.

A dude just bought a black ops 2 gift from me , then he chargebacked the amount and i've uploaded all convo of skype and him assuming to be a scammer. Will he get refunded?

 

You would have to call paypal service, and explain them situation although I think chances are he's going to be refunded since it was a gift nevertheless you should try and see if you can get it,still.

 

Even if I show proof and pictures that he received the gift? Are you fucking joking?

 

paypal is insecure the buyer can always charge back and win 99.9% of the time

 

I mean, THERE IS ENOUGH PROOF TO BE ABLE TO PROVE THAT HE SCAMMED ME AND YOU GUYS SAY THAT HE WILL GET REFUNDED? LOL...

 

That's just the way the cookie crumbles, I got chargebacked $60 even though there was a note saying that he received the digital goods and he was happy with them, paypal 99.9% will always give the buyer their money back, crappy but it happens..

 

If he does unahtorized chargeback it doesn't matter what you have. What he is saying is someone else made the purchase. It will always get refunded. Paypal does not cover virtual transactions.

 

There's nothing you can do about it really, i doubt you will ever see that money again.. Theres only one thing you can do and thats trade will really trusted people, i won't sell something via paypal to someone who doesn't have anymore than 100 vouches at least.

idk if this method work but when you receive money from somebody in paypal, send it to another paypal account you got acess to, then unlink your bank account or credit card from your paypal then closed it, and the money you sent to the other account should be safe from chargebacks but im unsure if this works

 

Apparently I did scare off paypal saying them that in fact Iwould demand them since if they wpuld accept that "chargeback" as such I would fuck them up. Got refunded and got the 24$ back. Don't know if they offer a better service than before. It seems to...
