PayPal Problem?

Basically someone "sent" me $35 via PayPal, however he sent it as an invoice which has just been "marked as paid".

The money, however is not in my balance and I don't have access to it.


Any thoughts?

 

It's most probably a scam, just be careful when trading.

He said it will show up in my account in 1-2 hours, yet wasn't willing to wait till it had cleared.

I think it's a scam too.

 

Even if invoices are marked as paid, the money haven't really come in yet.

Paypal will have another new line saying that the money have been credited to your account

 

If the money doesn't show up you could always call Paypal and get their opinion on the matter.

 

This is a new scam that's going around. I don't know how they do it, but they do. There was a recent scam report on this, I can't find it now tho.
