Paypal: I NEED HELP!

So, I had this paypal account that I used to buy rsgp a while back (1 year ago) and I bought prepaid cards to charge it. So recently I started an elo boosting business and my paypal has been very active. Hundreds coming in, hundreds coming out. Since the random activeness, Paypal did a "random" security check so that to log on I have to put a piece of financial proof. Which they decided and won't change is my MasterCard number. The MasterCard number is a pre-paid card so obviously I don't have it. Who keeps pre-paid cards? So I called them and explained it (5 different operators) and they all said they couldn't do anything because they needed that.

What should I do? I have alot of money on there and PP is not being of help.

There should be an option for them to send a code to your bank or home address. If neither of those were registered, I don't think there is much you can do except hope. I would always advise using a registered paypal so you can avoid this kind of situation.

This happened to me and was sorted in 2 minutes over the phone. Let me know how it goes.

 

My address is on the account, I can get them to try that. I still need options though as I am not home (on vacation for another 2 weeks)

 

The address verification will take two weeks sadly so I would advise getting it sent out today. Not much else you can do.

As dangelo said; otherwise I believe they allow for you to withdraw any remaining currency on the account in 6 months.

 

take your money off the account before it gets locked.
