Paypal help?

New question - My bank card doesn't have a chip on it, I use it to lift money out of the "hole in the wall" things... Can I use this for paypal?

Either way, I'll be getting the one with the chip soon.

Actually it goes in the Help and Requests section..

They do not send anything to you, they just require it for verification. I recommend you put your real info in case any problems arise in the future.
