PayPal Help!!

Hey i need some help!!! Alright look i have a paypal account with like $9.21 and im trying to buy a runescape membership with that paypal money cuz it has a option for it so i was filling out the stuff on runescape then it takes me to something and i need a credit card for mem like wtf why need a credit card for paypal they already have the other option where you pay with credit card for like 5 bucks so im stuck on this my bro do have a credit card but with no money and i was wondering if i can buy that runescape membership with my money on paypal cuz i have no money on credit card so can i?? btw membership for paypal cost like 7 bucks so i have enough in my paypal..
