Paypal Help

Whenever I try paying for goods on paypal this message comes up "we are sorry, but we can't send you're payment right now. This message has come up for the past week and I cannot purchase any goods via Paypal. My account is not verified as I do not own a debit/credit card and never want to. Is there a way in which I can stop this error occurring without verifying my account, or verify my account without a CC or DC?

Does it say that your PayPal is limited anywhere?

 

i've had that a couple times.

I think its like a glitch or something, cuz the next day or a couple hours later i was able to send to that person.

 

Try sending as a gift, or verify your account.

 

Just make a new PP and connect your cc to that. I had a problem like that before and I just had to do that and it worked.
