    Paypal help.

Well... I need some help guys. My friend, she sells RSGP. And she recently received a charge back of $114.

She gave him the money, and he also wrote "I received these good." on 'Note to seller'.

Now, since most of you guys are beat's at Paypal, is there a way to get her money back?

If the payment was sent as a gift, no.
if the payment was from a stolen paypal no.
if the payment was sent as payment owed/normal transaction and the paypal is of a legit person you have a chance but paypal generally favour buyers cause they'er dicks lol

sorry if the post seems blunt, if you wanna ask anything else pm me.

So that means, she's gonna have to pay the charge back?

Odds are, you're bassicaly screwed. I've been charged back $100s from selling gold (main reason I am closing my PayPal account.)

There's a very slim chance of winning it, but you won't win it if the money was sent from a different IP then the normal. You need to supply pictures of the transactions/proof that the trade was successful. Even doing this, PayPal can simply respond with "we don't cover virtual trades" etc.

I recommend you call PayPal as well, can be handled much faster if you do.

    Your friend got scammed.
thats all there is to it.
I just got scammed for $200 selling gold a few days ago the same exact way, when I called paypal and explained it they told me "Virtual goods aren't considered real items, so we aren't accountable for fraud toward them, you'll have to refund the payment."
    I was soooo mad....
The only true way to not get scammed through paypal is to make them use MoneyPaks to pay you.
