Paypal help/question.

Alright i want to sell my Rs account and it probably will go up to $200-400. Well my current Paypal is limited cause of "Suspicious activity" and thats my only bank and credit card on it.

Can i make a new paypal with no credit card or bank account on it and accept money? And then buy with the money?

 

Yes you can accept money on a new paypal, don't expect to withdraw any of it though if your current one is linked to your bank and credit card as only one paypal can be linked to each. This doesn't stop you paying for something with the paypal money though some people don't accept unverified paypals etc.

 

Just so you know, PayPal may keep an eye on your I.P, because you already have one PayPal limited for suspicious activity. I personally can't create any more unverified PayPals and if I do create a new PayPal, don't verify it and continue to use it, it is always limited.
