Hi

Yesterday i wanted to buy lol acc, and i got scammd(robed) my middleman

I sent him money so he can sent money to seller of lol acc, but he said that he cant sent him, and he cant get money back to me, of he just dont want to
Aslo he said that i need to sent money as personal payments, now i cant get my money refund, i dont know what to do, so if anymone know how to get money back, is there any options?
How can i request my money back

i have all proofs, chat history, paypal transactions. ect...
