    Hey, I think there should be a rank/status that is 'PayPal Educator' 5 people should get this rank/status.These people can be the people you come to if you have any issues/claims/debates via PayPal,that you need help with. Sythe staff could pick these members, I think they would help out the community alot. It can't hurt really :D
