    so i've a gold website, but my only problems is how can i avoid chargebacks?
    will putting a terms and conditions page have effect?

    please some advice.

    Pretty hard to avoid.. I think you can write up a disclaimer for your site. I know Bogla requests a picture of a drivers license over a certain amount of gold.

    disclaimer wont really help, PayPal doesnt give a fk about that.
    think asking ID is indeed the best way to avoid fraud and looking up their ip and see if it matches to their paypal adress so they wont be using a vpn or proxy

    Thats the two best things you can do bogla has a perfect system he basically uses an id system depending on thw amount he also uses g2a pay for paypal also i think that protects from chargebacks as g2a takes the hits
