Paypal chargebacks

    If someone is buying something from me through paypal, and I tell them to first send payment, then dispute the payment, then cancel the dispute so i receive the money. Is this a 100% method of making them unable to charge back?

    I am still pretty sure they can charge back, even with claim and cancels

    They can always get their money back, it only takes 1 call.

    use PA buyer can still pay by paypal they just take a bit of fee

    Yes, any paypal payment can get charged back.

    Only way to avoid this is PA.

    Yes they can, i thought they couldnt but fir the first time i got scammed and now have a $245 transaction under review....i just hope i win cuz im never selling gp straight through paypal ever again
