PayPal charge backs.

So I've recently got a charge back, toward a Sythe user.
I've already filled a scam report but I was wondering, to convince PayPal, could I link them some screen shots of the conversation we had on MSN, where he said ''Thanks for selling to me''?

Would that help me? It's not a super big amount, but it's still 29$ lost...

 

You can try, but probably it will not help. I have won only one case, and the proof in that case was not the strongest I ever have applied in all cases. Just try, write all what you can, provide every proof.
