[PayPal] Buying Computer Case

I live in New Jersey(where it's going to be shipped), and I'd like buy a computer case. I'll spend up to 40 bucks which should include shipping.

If you can get me the model# or pictures, I can identify if I can even use it with my system. 80% of cases will work.
