Paypal 18+

Hey guys, I got a question >_<

I wondered if it is possible to use a Paypal account bound to your own Bankaccount i'm 16 years old and wanna use Paypal but my Parents won't let me use their Credit/Bank account.

I am almost sure some other people that aint 18 use Paypal too, how do you use it? Well I hope I made my problem clear.

Yes as I owned one before the age of 18.


They might say that in their TOS i'm not sure - but it doesn't matter because they're not gonna check

Well, I just called PayPal and tryed to use my bankaccount and then he says ''Oh no you're bank account is abused'' Seems that someone hacked my account or so :S. Well if someone has any other ways to make a working PayPal be my guest.

If you already have a bank account, then you can use it to fund your paypal, but you can't have your own bank account in your name until your 18.
It'll have to be apart of your parent/guardians.
Other people have paypals and aren't 18, because their parents probably made it for them using a part of their bank account.

 

I have a Barclay's under 18's debit card, and I have attached that to my Paypal and it works completely fine.

 

I'm 17, and my PayPal is Verified and linked to my bank account. Just enter the details and then they pay in a few pence or whatever your currency is, then wait till the next statement comes through and enter the numbers.

When I had a bank account at 16 I used it on my paypal to verify it, yes.

Legal? No.

 

I used it before I was 18...it got locked eventually, but I was able to get the money out in 180 dyas.
