Password

So, over spring break I was on mobile a lot and forgot my password... I tried to reset it and on my email I got the number pass etc. I gave up because mobile is terrible. I come back to my computer and everytime I try to use the numbers, it says its too old etc. I tried to reset my password like 5 times with the form and my email address, but I haven't gotten an email. I know it is attached to that email because it has welcome emails from sythe saying Dear Isaa, etc. Please some help would be great or even just a manual password reset
