It says I was banned for Ban Evading/Evasion?

If I remember anything at all, I had a few demerits on my account.

I then proceeded to make another account and I was banned for spamming or something?

If you can check the date of the ban, it should be a good 4-5 years since this incident. And I can tell you right now that I've grown up and have matured since then.
