Basically, I sold him a PIN it went well. Then he asked me for a FREE PIN, if he does he will vouch me from HIS brother's account but you can always track from what IP the message was posted if he gets caught ill get banned/framed for being him and not proving that will be VERY VERY HARD.

So yeah im just reporting him for trying to give me a fake vouch basically which can be a ban-able offense, if you dont see it that way then a TWC maybe.
