Overnight

How safe is it to go overnight mining p ess with kBot? On a scale of 1 - 10.

 

7, depending how long you sleep. I wouldn't trust it more then 10 hours.

 

Well, it's 3 here now. I usually wake up at around 8-10. It'll be 4 before I all asleep. So judging from your statement I think I'm good.

You still should not leave any bot running overnight. The main reason is Jagex isn't completely incompetent, they do have fairly good methods of detecting if you are botting or not. One is by checking the anomalies in your playing pattern.

Ex. For a full year you have never played between the hours of 4am and 7 am. Then all of a sudden for a few weeks or so you are playing in between those hours.... your account will be flagged and you have a very good chance of getting banned.

I cant get kbot there site got ddosed and when i svn update it dont work.

 

I don't know about KBot, but I've botted a couple of nights (probably 4-5) with RSBot.

And the fun thing is, I even forgot to take friends off.

Besides, I've probably botted 20+ times while at school.

 

botting overnight is never a good idea. How many legit players do you know that play all night, especially if they played during the day.

 

make sure you dont mine this daily. from my expeirence using RSBot, i usually botted every couple to a few days.

 

People play Runescape for over 7 hours strait, botting for 7 hours while you sleep is just as safe as doing it while your awake.

 

should be safe, but they will get you eventually...good luck with you're botting
