Outsourcing PHP Work

Since I have some other things to do today and I won't be able to get around to this, I need to outsource some work.

I need a PHP script to handle a login for me. I'm using MySQL 5. The script needs to take URL parameters for a username and a password which will be MD5'ed before being sent to the PHP.

www.test.com/login.php?user=test&pass=md5pass

The script will return a set value for an incorrect login, it should also check on the table to see if they have a flag set for isbanned.(1 being banned, 0 being not). If the login is correct the script will return another value called profile which is a string. The client is written in C and I will take care of sending the values and reading the output. Your PHP should protect against MySQL injections by removing any slashes etc. and cleaning the input.
