OSRS infernal question

Couldn't really find the best place for this question but does anyone know the ban rate for infernal capes and if any insurance is offered for such a expensive service/ risky service?

They cracked down on them alot.
But there are safe services
It just got more expensive.
Make sure they use TeamViewer

Yes. They log the ip address on it.
