    Hey guys, so what i wanna know is what would the fastest training method be to get 40/40/40
    Btw im asking this for f2p so pls dont tell me to do the waterfall quest

    You can pretty much do all that training @ barbarian village security stronghold, otherwise, I would find some easy quests that give xp first.

    Get some str levels, or magic levels and do vampire slayer.
    You could do all f2p quests and go for dragon slayer for that nice defence xp.
