Open Source bump bot?

I was wondering if anyone made an open source/free to use bump bot as it's not a complex program to make. If they have can someone please send me the link/file. If not i guess i will need to make a post in software that I am looking for one.

Didn't really look in to it at all since it doesn't support 2FA, if you can modify it to include it though that'd be awesome.
