I have bought a lot of gold from Onyx and by a lot I mean A LOT. First time i experienced something today when trading with Poofy, a trader staff of Onyx whereby the price of the gold was changed within the ticket that I opened. I opened the ticket when the price per 07 GP was worth 1.6 LTC, it was then changed within minutes after opening the ticket to 1.65 LTC and even the staff posted the change of price, i went ahead with the sale as fast as I could which is what i usually do just to notice it's been changed. When bringing that up with the staff, they said that it's been changed and that it's not their fault. So in turn, they said the lowest they could offer was 1.62 at that point, so i agreed and told them to round it up at least as some form of compensation but they didn't want to. Disappointed to be "rewarded" like this after my continued loyalty with this supplier. TLR; be wary of prices before making payments as they are variable to change within the same ticket. The price you see may not be the price you get...
