Omg please help!

I have a Toshiba TE2100 laptop and i went traveling to europe and as a tourist i went on the bullet train, halfway through the journey i decide to send an E-mail with some holiday snaps and my laptop shuts down and wont start back up.Later on i found out that your not supposed to take your laptops on the bullet train can anyone help me by telling me how i can fix my computer?

 

Maybe something just broke..? either open it up yourself and check if all the components are working or bring it to a repair shop.
