i downloaded it how do i get it running!? I am new to private servers. Plz put a detailed description of it on here plz.

 

It says Sorry! Unable to connect, try using a different ip or world, do i have to use an actual username and account, if so, does it have to be a rsc account?
If no, then what should i do to fix it cause this looks really cool.

 

no the server is down at the moment thats why its not working

 

dont ever enter your rs2 or rs classic pass anywhere besides runescape.com. and if you want ppl to train your acc or your selling it or something.
