Old Scammer

Note: I'm posting this for my friend.

Hello, I have a proof that this member (Shan1000) is a scammer,
it happens a while back I think, my friend tried to sell him something but he scammed him.
My friend isn't a member on Sythe.org but he's a member in other forums, today he gave me these screenshots to report for him.
Well, I'm pretty sure that scamming isn't allowed even if the member not from this Forum.
So here's the screenshots, Thanks hope to see this scammer banned.

I think that's already a full proof, he's scamming in other sites, and coming here to sell I think.
