Old guide lost

When i first started using this site there was a thread that told of ways to make money on sythe, one was recovering old and rare names. In that section it mentioned a website you could go on and submit many appeals for an accout at a time, i checked this website out and im pretty sure it worked, but never really tried. anyways i have a use for this site now and if anyone knows it can they please tell me thanks!
