This basically has the same story as this report I made a little while back: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1300085

Except the reason for his ban on the server was the chargeback, I had discussed it with him.
via msn and he had told me / other owner that his mom charged back the money due to him not getting good grades.
I told him that I would be banning him until he could pay me back, and he said that he would not be paying me back.

Type of scam: Bank reversal, it was an echeck.

Our TOS when you go to the website (www.zarpor.com) Clearly states: After you've made a donation, do not attempt to chargeback / defraud us or we have full right to ban.
He had received all of his items in-game that he donated for - we have an automated system. Most of these donations were MONTHS ago.
