Odds Staking Question

I have a question, I'm considering making a low level odds staker. What would be good stats for D Scim/DDS with defence and good stats for low level whip/dds? I don't want to be anywhere near maxed main.

 

Try around ~86-91 for max pures and high level zerks

 

I specifically said I don't want a maxed main, I want odd stats for like a level 85-100 combat. Reported for spam as you said exactly what I did not want.

I think the best way to go for low cb odds staking pure, would have to be 60 attack and get high ranged lvls for hp lvls.
